Take time for yourself every day on a regular basis. Take care of your mental health and your overall quality of life. My five ways to keep myself stress-free are to always take care of my skin, exercise, spend time with loved ones, eat healthy, and make time for creative activities.”

Jennifer Lopez also encouraged her fans to share how they take care of themselves. Many people revealed that they prioritize sleep, some meditate diligently, some pay special attention to their diet…

Recently, Lopez shared in an interview with Us Weekly magazine that physical exercise is the most important factor that helps her have a positive attitude and stable mental health: “There is no doubt that physical exercise is important in my life. I believe that there is a positive connection between physical exercise and mental health.

I was on set all day, working in the studio all night, attending events and filming on weekends.

At that time, I was almost 30 years old and felt so formidable, unbeatable. But then there came a time when all the stress from the huge workload, combined with the constant lack of sleep that prevented my body from recovering properly… took its toll.

I felt frozen, paralyzed, like I was losing my mind. Now I understand that what I was experiencing was a panic attack caused by physical and mental exhaustion, but at that time, I didn’t know much about mental health.”

After seeing a doctor, she understood the serious consequences she could face if she continued to ignore her physical and mental health. Since then, Lopez has embarked on a journey of constant self-care, improving her quality of life to achieve the best work-life balance.
